ERM is seeking a motivated EHS Compliance Analyst to join our team in Ewing, NJ. In this role, you will partner with Project Managers and senior leaders to deliver high-quality environmental compliance and sustainability solutions, supporting clients in managing risk, improving performance, and meeting regulatory requirements.
This position plays a vital role in helping organizations maintain compliance with environmental and safety regulations while advancing sustainability initiatives. Your work directly contributes to protecting communities, reducing environmental impact, and supporting responsible business practices across industries.
For the Consultant, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Compliance position, the anticipated annual base pay is $74,500–$96,414 (USD). Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. This role may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are not bonus eligible).
