Job summary

CAP Services Inc. is seeking a Head Start education facilitator in Wisconsin to implement developmentally appropriate curricula for 2–3 year olds.

You will conduct classroom activities, assessments, screenings, home visits and conferences to support early learning and family engagement. The role requires a Bachelor’s or an Associate degree in Early Childhood and related experience, with a strong ability to work with multicultural children and families.

Job description

Starting Pay: $21.07 – $23.18 per hour, depending on experience

Status: Full time, 40 hours per week, part year

Duties: Implement all aspects of the Head Start educational programming including preparing and conducting classroom activities which provide a developmentallyappropriate curriculum, assessment, screening, homevisitsand conferences. Will be working with 2-3-year olds.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhoodor advanced degree in Early Childhood Education or in a related field and three years of related work experiencein early childhood;or
• Two-year Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field through a technical college and four years of related work experience which includes working directly with children in early childhood.

Must be able to work effectively with multi-cultural children and families.
