Job summary

CAP Services in Clintonville, Wisconsin, seeks a home visitor to work with Head Start and Early Head Start families. The role involves delivering comprehensive services across prenatal and post-partum care, education, health, nutrition, and family support, with a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week.

Starting pay is $21.07–$23.18 per hour, plus benefits such as PTO, holidays, 401K (6% match), life, health, dental, vision and disability insurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child and Family Studies, or related field with three years of related work experience.
• Two-year degree in Early Childhood Education or related field with four years of related work experience.
• Home-Based CDA credential with five years of related work experience.
• Experience with pregnant women and children birth to three preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide home visitation to families enrolled in Head Start home-based option, incorporating all aspects of Head Start and Early Head Start services.
• Duties include prenatal and post-partum care where applicable, early childhood education, family services, health, nutrition, mental health and special needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child and Family Studies, or a bachelor’s degree in a field related to those above and three years of related work experience in early childhood or;
• A two-year degree or classes equivalent to a two-year degree in Early Childhood Education, Child and Family Studies or related field, and four years of related work experience in early childhood or;
• A Home-Based CDA credential or comparablecredential and five years of related work experience in early childhood.

Experience working with pregnant women and children ages birth to three preferred.
