Job summary

Cytiva in Westborough, MA seeks an EHS Manager to lead Environmental, Health, Safety, Occupational Health, and BCM programs for the site and possibly others. You will partner with Facilities, Operations, Engineering, Security and HR to identify hazards, mitigate risk, and maintain continuity readiness.

You will report to the Site Leader in the Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability group. The role requires on-site work, regulatory knowledge, and leadership of the local EHS team; salary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Safety, Occupational Safety and Health, Sustainability, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years EHS experience in manufacturing or life sciences environments.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Knowledge of U.S. and Massachusetts EHS regulations (OSHA, EPA, local).
• Experience leading incident investigations, risk assessments, and CAPAs.
• Experience BCM, emergency preparedness, and crisis management.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-level EHS and BCM programs aligning with Cytiva/Danaher standards.
• Serve as primary EHS contact for leadership, regulators, and contractors.
• Drive EHS strategy with local plans, metrics, and readiness activities.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, state/local permits, audits, and actions.
• Oversee risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate contractor safety, change management, and emergency planning.
