Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking an EHS Manager in Westborough, MA to lead Environmental, Health, Safety, Occupational Health, and BCM programs on site and support additional sites as assigned.

You will partner with site leadership, Facilities, Operations, Engineering, Security and HR to identify hazards, mitigate risk, investigate incidents, implement preventive actions, and strengthen business continuity readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Safety, Occupational Health, or related field.
• 3+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing or regulated settings.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead site‑level EHS and BCM programs aligned with Cytiva and Danaher standards.
• Serve as primary EHS contact for site leadership, regulators, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Drive strategy translating enterprise goals into local plans, metrics, and readiness activities.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, MA state/local EHS requirements; audits and corrective actions.
• Lead risk assessments, incident investigations, and root-cause analyses across facilities and labs.
• Partner with Facilities, Engineering, Security, HR, and Operations on safety, change management, and emergencies.
• Lead Westborough BCM system, performing business impact assessments and tabletop exercises.
