Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2–3 years of experience supporting EHR systems or healthcare IT.
• Experience with help desk operations and user support.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary EHR support contact and triage help desk tickets.
• Support system upgrades, testing, and configuration updates.
• Document testing results, issues, and risks for governance review.
• Assist with data quality checks, workflow optimizations, and user training.
