Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health in Central Ohio is seeking an EHR System Analyst to support and optimize the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. The analyst will provide daily support to clinical and operational teams, assist in training new staff, maintain EHR workflows, and troubleshoot issues. A high school degree is required, while a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. This position offers a competitive salary and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience supporting an EHR system in a behavioral health or healthcare setting.
• 1 year of prior experience with the CareLogic or NextGen EHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to end users across clinical and operational teams.
• Triage system issues and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Coordinate with HR and assist in delivering initial EHR training.
