Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience supporting an EHR system in a behavioral health or healthcare setting.
• 1 year of prior experience with CareLogic or NextGen EHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to end users across clinical and operational teams in their use of the EHR system.
• Triage system issues, resolving those within scope and escalating more complex issues.
• Serve as the point of contact for user questions.
• Assist in maintaining EHR workflows, templates, and documentation standards.
• Perform initial testing of minor changes to the EHR system.
• Support documentation of processes, updates, and user guides.
• Coordinate with HR and assist in delivering EHR training to new staff.
• Provide routine refresher training and user support.
• Assist with testing new features and upgrades.
• Provide 'day-of' go-live support during system updates.
