What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead EHR optimization efforts for assigned projects, assessing current EHR system utilization and identifying optimization opportunities
• Provide EHR expertise by developing educational materials and identifying best practices for practices to leverage their EHR systems
• Facilitate data exchange to ensure accurate quality measure reporting and data sharing with the employer
• Independently manage multiple projects, communicating progress to internal and external stakeholders
• Deliver detailed training content on complex material to various client stakeholders, influencing adoption of best practices
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 4-6 years of experience as a client-facing project lead in the healthcare industry, with a focus on EHR systems
• Previous implementation or optimization experience with top-tier ambulatory EHRs and practice management software
• Strong organizational skills, project management capabilities, and critical thinking abilities
• Must be self-motivated and open to learning new EHR platforms and workflows
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on key goals
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but significant relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of educational requirements
• Competencies in developing and maintaining relationships with team members and effective communication are beneficial
• Experience with specific EHR products such as Epic Ambulatory, NextGen, Athena, Greenway, or eClinicalWorks is advantageous
