Job summary

IntelliBee Inc. in Richmond, VA, is seeking an EHR Security Analyst/Technical Support Analyst to manage user access, security configurations, and role-based permissions within the Cerner EHR environment. You will work with ISO and HIPAA compliance to ensure proper access control and incident response.

The role requires collaboration with IT, privacy, and application support teams to sustain security controls and support Cerner/OHPAC upgrades and audits.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of IT experience in healthcare IT.
• Strong understanding of Millenium and OHPAC security positions.
• Experience with EHR security configuration and access controls.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, HITECH and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Map and maintain EHR position definitions and security groups.
• Review and process EHR access requests per policy.
• Create/modify/terminate user access per approved requests.
• Monitor EHR Access Control and policies for correct access levels.
• Assist with automated provisioning and offboarding procedures.
• Conduct internal security audits and address vulnerabilities.
• Develop and maintain security policies and guidelines.
