Job summary

ETalentNetwork is seeking an EHR Security Analyst to support security, access, and provisioning requirements for the EHR environment. This role provides tier 1 support to end users and collaborates with IT, privacy, compliance, and application support teams.

The position focuses on Cerner EHR security, user access maintenance, security policy implementation, and coordination with.ISO and HIPAA teams to ensure regulatory compliance and secure access controls.

Qualifications

• Three plus years of IT experience.
• Three plus years of healthcare IT experience.
• Strong understanding of Millenium and OHPAC security positions.
• Strong Understanding of EHR Systems.
• Understanding of HIPAA, HITECH, meaningful use and other healthcare security regulations.
• Experience with AD, SSO, MFA, and identity management solutions.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills related to Cerner/OHPAC security and access issues.

Responsibilities

• Map and maintain EHR position definitions and security groups.
• Review and process EHR access requests according to policies and role-based access.
• Create, modify, and terminate user access based on approved requests.
