XpertDox, Inc. is seeking a senior Engineering Leader to own the EHR integration engineering behind XpertCoding, including four integration pathways, Python automation, and production fleet management. You will lead a distributed team in the US and India, set standards, and ensure reliable client onboarding.

Based in Scottsdale, AZ, the role is on-site with Monday–Friday hours. You will balance coding and leadership, driving CI/CD, HIPAA compliance, and scalable deployments across major EHR

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software, automation, or integration engineering with leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead US and India Automation Python team; set coding standards and on-call coverage.
• Own delivery and maintenance of EHR integrations across all four pathways and MTTR ceiling.
• Own the Python automation that runs the XpertCoding pipeline end to end.
• Own the production fleet in the Scottsdale datacenter; manage provisioning and capacity.
• Maintain reliability with real-time alerts, QC, and operational dashboards.
• Oversee deployment path via Bitbucket Pipelines, canaries, rollbacks, and PR discipline.
• Deliver onboarding client EHR connection and per-client script customization.
• Partner with Client Success, Informatics, Analytics on onboarding and roadmap.
• Enforce HIPAA and data-security across integrations and automation.
