Qualifications

• 8+ years building production web applications with leadership experience
• Deep React and TypeScript expertise across component architecture, state management, and data-heavy UIs
• Strong Node.js backend experience across API design, authentication/authorization, and data stores
• Experience leading engineering teams across multiple time zones (India/US)
• Production experience on a major cloud platform, ideally AWS
• Experience with AI-assisted development workflows in a team setting

Responsibilities

• Own the client-facing and internal web application portfolio, including analytics and reporting product and operations apps
• Own product requirements for web platforms: gather needs, write specifications, set priorities
• Own frontend and backend architecture, including data access patterns for growing client history
• Set and enforce UI/UX standards across platforms, including a shared component system
• Write production code and review the team’s code; set the technical standard
• Define engineering standards for the Noida team: specs, review, testing, release discipline
• Own release quality to ensure shipped code is complete, tested, and consistent
• Maintain security and privacy posture across surfaces, including access control and PHI handling
