Job summary

DDRC, a Colorado-based nonprofit, seeks an Enterprise & Health Information Systems Analyst to own CareLogic and other critical business systems. The role focuses on configuring, administering, and optimizing Health IT systems across clinical, financial, HR, and admin domains.

The ideal candidate will partner with program and operations teams, ensure data integrity, and support PHI/PII protection while working onsite with a 4-day work week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, informatics, or healthcare-related field.
• At least 3 years supporting enterprise applications with end-user support.
• Experience with EHR/ERP/HRIS or similar SaaS platforms.
• Experience configuring roles, permissions, workflows, and reports.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator for CareLogic and other apps.
• Configure settings, permissions, workflows, forms, and reports.
• Monitor performance and coordinate vendor resolutions.
• Design dashboards, data extracts, and workflows.
• Ensure PHI/PII and sensitive data are protected.
