BHcare is seeking an analytical EHR Data Report Writer & Developer II to drive data-driven decision making via advanced reporting, BI solutions, and EHR enhancements. You’ll collaborate across departments to translate business needs into robust data extracts, dashboards, and reliable workflows within our health information systems.

The role requires strong SQL, data governance awareness, and experience with production reporting environments.

Qualificações

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or a related field or 4+ years of directly related experience.
• Advanced SQL skills including multi-table joins, subqueries, stored procedures, and query optimization.
• Experience developing reports and supporting applications in a production environment.
• HIPAA knowledge and PHI management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts for clinical, operational, financial, and quality initiatives.
• Partner with BHcare departments to translate business needs into reporting and EHR solutions.
• Configure, test, implement, and support EHR enhancements, workflows, forms, interfaces, and system upgrades.
• Troubleshoot reporting, application, and data issues; provide technical support and end-user training.
• Monitor data integrity, system performance, and integrations between the EHR and other platforms.
• Administer user access; support HIPAA compliance and data governance efforts.
• Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and regulatory reporting.
