Qualifications

• Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Experience with data quality, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Strong technical aptitude; IT background or related experience strongly preferred.
• Experience developing reports or reporting templates.
• Comfortable training and supporting end users.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in data.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reporting templates within the EHR system.
• Run EHR reports and track organizational and departmental performance.
• Monitor EHR data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Identify data-entry errors, trends, and areas requiring improvement.
• Work with staff to correct data-quality issues.
• Train employees on proper EHR documentation and data-entry procedures.
• Help establish and maintain data-quality standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot basic EHR and data-related issues.
• Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and IT teams to improve system usage.
• Support ongoing reporting and EHR improvement initiatives.
