Job summary

Axle Informatics is expanding its EHR consulting practice and seeks a Healthcare Administrator to own contract execution, compliance, and workforce screening across W2, 1099, C2C, and H1B models. You will coordinate with Sales, Recruiting, and clients to prevent bottlenecks and ensure HIPAA obligations are met.

The ideal candidate has hands-on healthcare admin experience, strong contract skills, and meticulous documentation capabilities to build scalable processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in healthcare administration, HR compliance, or contract operations.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and Business Associate Agreements.
• Experience with worker classification across W2, 1099, and vendor models.
• Experience coordinating background checks and drug screening.
• Strong contract administration skills—MSAs, SOWs, and vendor agreements.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; accountable for compliance docs.

Responsibilities

• Own execution and tracking of MSAs, SOWs, 1099s, C2C, and W2 agreements.
• Maintain Epic Vendor Access Approval process and credentialing requirements.
• Ensure active HIPAA BAAs and current compliance obligations; track liability insurance.
• Manage background checks and drug screening for consultants prior to client placement.
• Coordinate with legal/immigration for H1B compliance and wage documentation.
• Maintain centralized system of record for contracts and compliance documents.
• Build templates and checklists; ensure audit-readiness across files.
• Bridge Sales/BD, Recruiting, and clients to avoid bottlenecks; support onboarding.
• Contribute to contract management tools and HIPAA-compliant communications.
