Qualifications

  • 4-7 years of experience in healthcare administration, operations, or health informatics within the US healthcare system.
  • Deep working knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare billing codes (ICD-10, CPT), and EHR platforms such as Epic or Cerner.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and healthcare BI reporting tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, regulatory compliance tracking, and crisis response capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree (MHA, MBA) preferred.
  • Bonus: CMPE or PMP certification.

  • Manage daily healthcare facility and administrative operations to ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulatory standards
  • Oversee electronic health record (EHR) systems integration and data governance protocols using SQL and healthcare analytics tools
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives between clinical staff, IT, and executive leadership to streamline patient care workflows
  • Monitor operational budgets, resource allocation, and vendor contracts to optimize financial performance
  • Analyze healthcare delivery metrics and patient satisfaction KPIs to drive continuous process improvements
  • Implement risk management strategies and maintain audit-ready documentation for state and federal healthcare reviews
