You will assist in evaluating work processes, plan tests, and help develop technology standards as part of the team. The role emphasizes learning established practices, documenting specifications, and contributing to resource estimation while ensuring tasks are completed on time and with high quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include High School Diploma/GED and 1 year experience in information services or healthcare.
• EPIC Certification must be obtained within 120 days.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Learns and assists in identifying technical solutions for business issues and processes, while gaining understanding of integration with other systems.
• Supports the preparation of business work plans for analysis and testing of system upgrades, modifications, and enhancements under guidance.
• Provides assistance with configuration, implementation, and maintenance of technical requirements across development, staging, and production environments.
• Observes and helps evaluate work processes, supports feasibility reviews for small to medium project requests, and assists in troubleshooting operational issues.
• Contributes to creating clear specifications and documentation as directed.
• Participates in planning and executing test scenarios, ensuring thorough validation under supervision.
• Assists in developing technology standards by learning and applying established practices.
• Supports resource estimation activities for task completion as part of the team.
• Completes assigned tasks on time or communicates variances promptly to management.
