  • Serve as the application training subject matter expert: Provide application-specific guidance, workflow reinforcement, refresher training, and post-training support to learners, super users, application training partners, and stakeholders. Escalate application build, configuration, access, or workflow issues to the appropriate IT teams.
  • Prepare training delivery readiness: Prepare training materials, training records, classroom or virtual delivery tools, and required technology to support effective learning experiences. Partner with system-wide learning resources when system-level learning platforms, templates, or reporting are required.
