Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services seeks an experienced electrical/engineering quality professional to strengthen vehicle launches and quality systems. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive robust action plans, and advance DFMEA, APQP, PPAP and risk management processes across programs.

Proven track record in cost-effective problem solving and lessons-learned activities is essential. Strong English communication and proficiency with PLM/Enovia tools are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EE, CS or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of engineering experience.
• EE automotive background with vehicle architecture knowledge.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with STLA tools: PLM, Quantic, Lesson Learned, Bulletin, Team Center, Enovia.
• Strong cross-functional teamwork and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and consolidate EE Quality, contributing to issue resolution and vehicle launches.
• Improve Quality Standard, Design Process and grant expected application.
• Review project animations and analyze customer claims.
• Perform technical deep dives with fact-based approaches.
• Drive effective, cost-optimized repair solutions with robust plans.
• Ensure alignment with Quality Manager on status, tracking, and deliverables.
• Improve Q Processes: DFMEA, APQP, PPAP, Risk Management.
• Lead lessons-learned activities and promote best practices.
• Define and apply lessons learned and best practices across programs.
• Promote standardized templates and harmonized documentation.

Job description

Main Mission:

• Deliver and consolidate EE Quality, contributing strongly to Quality issue resolution and robust Vehicle launches
• Improve Quality Standard, Quality Design Process and grant expected application

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Project review animations
• Analyze “customer claim”
• Technical detail deep dive, with approach based on facts and figures, stimulating the rigorous problemsolving approach
• Drive the most effective and efficient technical solution, with the most optimized cost repair cycle
• Guarantee a robust action plan, without deviations
• Be always align with TOP HAT Quality Manager (Quality status, Issue tracking, Deliverablesachievement)
• Improve and assess the following Q Processes: DFMEA, APQP, PPAP, Risk Management
• Drive proactively lessons-learned activities.
• Grant Lesson Learned and Best Practice definition and improvement, ensure application in current andfuture programs
• Promote the adoption of best practices, standard templates and harmonized documentation approaches.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• A minimum of 8 years of engineering experience
• EE technical automotive background with knowledge of EE vehicle architecture, EE System/ Subsystem,EE Component requirements.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
• Ability to work using different STLA tools: PLM, Quantic, Lesson Learned, Bulletin, Team Center, Enovia
• Team working skill, with ability to work with cross-functional teams
