Job summary

Quality Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a qualified EH&S professional to join our team in Puerto Rico/USA. You will lead in developing and maintaining EH&S programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting audits and inspections.

The role requires a Bachelor's in EH&S, 2+ years of related experience, strong writing and communication skills, and ability to work with cross-functional teams. Shift schedules may include outside hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of directly related experience in EH&S.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, manufacturing, construction, engineering, or another regulated industrial environment.
• Knowledge of EH&S regulations and risk management principles.
• Experience with capital projects, equipment installations, or process changes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide EH&S program development, implementation, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EH&S regulations and industry standards.
• Support regulatory inspections, including document preparation and agency responses.
• Design and implement EH&S training programs for employees.
• Review engineering drawings and project documentation for EH&S considerations.
• Support Shutdowns, startups, inspections, and project activities as needed.
• Prepare technical reports, procedures, and EH&S documentation.
