Job summary

Teledyne seeks an Environmental Health & Safety Manager/Lead to oversee EH&S programs, regulatory reporting, and waste management across Montgomeryville, Trenton, and Acton facilities. This hands-on role drives safety initiatives, manages permits, and coordinates training to maintain a safe, compliant workplace.

Ideal candidates hold a relevant degree with OSHA expertise and 1+ year (or 5+ years with associate) of EH&S experience, possess strong communication skills, and be proficient with MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in OS&E sciences with related EH&S experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Experience with program development and management (LOTO, incident reporting, investigations, fire and electrical safety) preferred.
• Experience with EHS audits and corrective action development is preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with management and staff.
• Proficient in data reporting and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead EH&S programs to meet regulatory standards.
• Lead accident investigations and reporting.
• Coordinate corrective actions and inspections.
• Maintain OSHA/EH&S records and hazardous waste management.
• Oversee contractors for EH&S activities.
• Coordinate product environmental compliance (RoHS, REACH, Prop 65).
• Develop site safety training and maintain audit calendars.
• Support multiple sites (Trenton, Montgomeryville).
