Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated seeks an Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S) Manager/Lead to oversee compliance programs, hazardous waste management, regulatory reporting, and drive facility initiatives across US sites including Trenton, Montgomeryville and Acton.

You will lead safety programs, investigations, training, and contractor oversight to ensure a safe, compliant workplace in a world-class organization.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Occupational Safety and Environmental Sciences (or equivalent) with 5+ years EH&S experience in manufacturing, or Bachelor's degree with 1+ year experience.
• Intimate knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Experience with EH&S program development and management (LOTO, incident reporting, investigations, fire safety, fall protection, electrical safety) preferred.
• Experience with EHS internal auditing and corrective action development preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to partner with management and staff.
• Ability to work with various computer programs to manage data reporting and tracking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of EH&S programs and procedures to meet regulatory standards.
• Lead accident investigations, including interviews, accident reporting and submission, and communicating updates.
• Coordinate corrective actions as necessary.
• Assist with inspections by regulatory agencies and inspection closure requirements.
• Responsible for OSHA and EH&S recordkeeping, documents and filings including hazardous waste records and SDS library.
• Ensure hazardous waste is managed in accordance with Federal, State and DOT requirements.
• Oversee third party contractors and consultants as they relate to EH&S activities.
• Coordinate product environmental compliance (RoHS, REACH, Prop 65).
• Perform job hazard analysis and PPE selection.
• Coordinate and create facility-specific safety training and maintain compliance calendar.
• Coordinate local Emergency Response Teams (ERT).
• Responsible for purchasing safety equipment and first aid supplies.
