Job summary

Worthington Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an EH&S Manager (Business Partner) to oversee Environmental, Health and Safety programs at our Westerville, Ohio facility, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective safety training for plant personnel.

You will manage EHS systems (ISO 14001, OSHA, EPA), lead investigations, report incidents, and partner with Corporate EHS to implement best practices, with responsibility for risk assessments and employee coaching.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing teams
• Strong organization and record-keeping
• Effective communication across levels of plant personnel
• Ability to present material to groups
• Knowledge of environmental, health and safety regulations (OSHA/EPA)
• Ongoing ISO training or regulatory training preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage EHS processes for the facility.
• Ensure compliance with EHS laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement cost-reduction and continuous improvement projects.
• Educate employees on regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Conduct risk assessments (SFMEA/JSA) and ensure PPE use.
• Oversee incident investigations and corrective actions.
