Job summary

Silfex, a Lam Research Company, is seeking a passionate individual to support our Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) standards across the plant. The role includes implementing safety programs, conducting environmental monitoring, and maintaining safety training efforts.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in EH&S or related field, demonstrate effective communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EH&S or related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with compliance codes related to safety equipment.
• Ability to perform hazard assessments and conduct investigations.

Responsibilities

• Support EH&S team in program implementation and compliance.
• Perform environmental monitoring and waste management activities.
• Assist in maintaining EHS training programs and conduct audits.
