Job summary

Loenbro, LLC is seeking an EH&S Director in Westminster, CO to lead the Safety Culture and programs across the division. You will manage regional EH&S managers, develop safety policies, and drive incident investigations with root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.

The role requires extensive OSHA/MSHA knowledge, 10+ years in safety leadership in heavy industrial construction, and strong communication skills for training and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in safety-focused field with construction/mining experience.
• At least 10 years of progressive safety leadership in construction.
• Extensive OSHA and MSHA regulatory knowledge and compliance history.
• Experience leading EH&S teams in heavy industrial settings.
• Strong communication and training delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and roll out safety culture, programs, and metrics aligned to company objectives.
• Lead regional EH&S managers to ensure consistent site safety procedures.
• Oversee safety plans, incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate safety training, meetings, audits, and compliance reporting.
• Support workers' compensation processes and return-to-work programs.
