Job summary

Stonhard is seeking a Safety Manager to ensure safe operation of its Maple Shade and Cherry Hill facilities. You will lead OSHA compliance, conduct inspections, and coordinate EH&S training and recordkeeping for all staff in Maple Shade and Cherry Hill, NJ.

Responsibilities include incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and implementing loss-reduction measures while partnering with corporate EH&S to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Safety Management or related field required.
• 3–5 years of related experience in safety programs.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and local fire codes and regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and teamwork ability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of manufacturing and warehousing facilities in Maple Shade, NJ.
• Maintain OSHA compliance across all sites and coordinate training and recordkeeping.
• Coordinate with Environmental, Health and Safety leadership on inspections and metrics.
• Investigate incidents / near misses and assign corrective actions.
• Lead monthly safety meetings and training for facilities in Maple Shade and Cherry Hill.
