Job summary

Exeter Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is seeking a dedicated ED nurse to join our Magnet-recognized team on the day shift. You will care for a diverse patient population in a busy ED, with strong emphasis on patient safety and excellent outcomes.

Required NH RN license (or compact state), BSN preferred, and 1 year emergency/critical care experience. BCLS at hire; ACLS and PALS certification or within 6 months. Competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and onsite parking are offered.

With annual volumes of approximately 33,000 patients, the department is one of the busiest in the Seacoast area. In addition to the main Emergency Department, comprised of 21 beds, there is a 6-bed Minor Care area.Our Emergency Department nurses possess strong clinical assessment skills, superior judgment, and the ability to manage challenging situations and set priorities. They care for patients of all ages with a wide variety of injuries and illnesses in the following settings: triage, critical care, trauma care, emergency care and the Minor Emergency Care Unit (MECU).In this fast-paced environment, you must possess strong clinical assessment skills, superior judgment, and the ability to manage challenging situations and set priorities.
