Job summary

Redwire Space is seeking an Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) Test Engineer to join our Albuquerque, NM facility (or Littleton, CO). You will design, develop, integrate, and execute electrical test systems to support spacecraft integration and test campaigns.

Collaborate with systems engineering, avionics, software, and integration teams to deliver reliable EGSE solutions. Requires a BS in a STEM field and 5+ years of hands-on EGSE or spacecraft electrical test experience; proficiency

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or related STEM field.
• 5+ years of spacecraft electrical integration, test, or EGSE development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain EGSE hardware and software for spacecraft integration and test.
• Develop test system architecture including power distribution, signal conditioning, and data acquisition.
• Implement test automation frameworks and scripts for spacecraft checkout and validation.
• Support spacecraft and payload electrical integration, test campaigns, and anomaly resolution.
• Design and execute hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulations and interface emulators.
• Prepare test procedures, participate in Test Readiness Reviews, and document test reports.
