Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Electrical, Aerospace, or Computer Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience developing, integrating, or validating electrical test equipment or EGSE.
• Experience with hardware/software integration in space/aerospace environments.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development, and deployment of EGSE systems (hardware interfaces, power, data buses, comms).
• Ensure EGSE meets program requirements and quality standards.
• Develop test procedures, configurations, and validation protocols.
• Diagnose and resolve complex EGSE issues during integration and test campaigns.
• Provide real-time support during system-level tests and root cause analysis.
• Document improvements to EGSE tools, processes, and procedures.
