Responsibilities

• Clean waterers and walls; maintain egg room and perform routine housekeeping.
• Record data like egg numbers, line/source, bird weight, medications, and mortality.
• Inspect poultry for diseases and euthanize as needed per policy.
• Collect eggs and record hen production data; move eggs and crates safely.
• Monitor illumination, temperature, and ventilation; maintain sanitation.
