Job summary

Responsibilities include logging items, weights, and quantities; operating power jacks; weighing skids; maintaining sanitation per GMP/HACCP and SQF Level 3 standards; and working with management to address any nonconforming product or process issues.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and understand measurements.
• Willingness to learn GMP, HACCP and safety regulations.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work first shift in Klingerstown, PA.

Responsibilities

• Log items, supplies, weights, and quantities for pallets.
• Move and position loads with power jacks per supervisor instruction.
• Weigh skids of eggs and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain sanitation and follow GMP and HACCP for SQF compliance.
• Determine product specification compliance and take corrective action as needed.
• Adhere to safety practices and secure area and equipment.
