Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must read, speak and write in English.
• Willing to learn computer skills.
• Powered pallet jack and forklift experience required.
• Knowledge of food safety and GMP desirable.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks; weigh incoming eggs; maintain inventory and shell egg rotation.
• Inspect and sign for incoming products; reject when necessary.
• Coordinate and store materials; segregate clean and dirty items.
• Complete paperwork; implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Transport eggs from cooler to staging area for processing.
• Assist during breaks and cleanup.
• Clean cooler using floor scrubber; maintain clean environment.
