Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English reading, speaking and writing required.
• Powered pallet jack and forklift experience required.
• Ability and willingness to learn computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks; weigh incoming eggs.
• Document quality and lot tracking issues related to incoming eggs.
• Maintain inventory and shell egg rotation.
• Inspect and sign for incoming product, packages and supplies; reject when necessary.
• Transport eggs from cooler to staging area for processing; assist during breaks and cleanup.
• Clean cooler and maintain a clean environment; follow safety protocols.
• Complete required paperwork and corrective actions as needed.
