Job summary

You will support food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance while monitoring equipment and ensuring only safe product enters the stream.

No prior experience is required; training provided. The role rotates between two stations: Candler and Breaking Machine Operator, performing inspections, adjustments, and diversions

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Basic reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to follow verbal instructions and work in a structured production environment.
• Ability to use common sense and sound judgment when identifying product quality or safety concerns.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Comply with all food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Rotate between two production stations: Candler and Breaking Machine Operator.
• Monitor product quality and take corrective action when specifications are not met.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, and sanitation requirements to maintain food safety and product quality standards.
• Report any food safety, quality, or workplace safety concerns to management.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working with teammates and supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
