Job summary

Daybreak Foods, Inc. is seeking a second shift Processing Line Worker for our egg processing facility in Minnesota. Under the Processing Supervisor, you will perform assigned tasks ensuring the highest quality product.

Responsibilities include maintaining HACCP and GMP compliance, handling eggs through washer and breaking stages, and keeping areas clean and safe. The role requires adherence to safety standards and teamwork during breaks and cleanup.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food Manufacturing or Processing desirable.
• Safety programs and processes, such as Confined Space, LOTO, Hazcom, etc.
• Equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure HACCP, SQF, and cGMP compliance to protect product quality.
• Handle and store products and materials to prevent contamination or damage.
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards and SOPs.
• Maintain hygiene and GMP standards throughout shifts.
• Grade eggs and assist transitions between conveyor areas for smooth production flow.
• Perform clean-up duties and sanitation in line with USDA guidelines.
