Job summary

Michael Foods is hiring for a Hardcooked Laborer in Wakefield, NE. You will perform essential production and labor duties in the hard‑cooked department, inspecting packaging, labeling, and egg counts while supporting safety protocols and quality standards.

Responsibilities include assisting with machine start-ups, loading and stacking, and following SOPs to ensure product quality. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus; lifting up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• Must have basic reading and number skills and be able to follow instructions.
• Able to operate touch screen controls on production lines.
• Willing to obtain and maintain pallet jack licensing and safety training.

Responsibilities

• Inspect packaging, label accuracy, and egg counts to ensure quality.
• Assist with machine start-ups, film changes, and palletizing products.
• Maintain clean, safe production area and comply with GMPs and SOPs.
