Versova in Sioux Center, IA is hiring a Breaking Machine Loader in an egg processing facility. You will load flats onto the breaking belt, remove empty flats, salvage eggs, and help keep the area clean and organized while belts run efficiently.

The role requires minimal experience, ability to operate a pallet jack, basic math, and teamwork. Training may be provided; USDA and Food Defense guidelines apply, with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 0–1+ years in manufacturing or processing.
• Ability to operate a pallet jack.
• Basic math for counting and measuring.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Load flats onto the breaking belt with minimal jams.
• Remove empty flats from the belt after eggs have been loaded into the breaking machine.
• Salvage any eggs left on the flats.
• Maintain a clean breaking area floor by removing eggs and washing according to company specifications.
• Participate in cross-training and position rotation as required.
• Comply with USDA regulations, industry best manufacturing practices, and the Food Defense Program.
• Other duties as assigned.
