Qualifications

• Must be able to read and match labels.
• Must demonstrate attention to details.
• Must work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks.
• Must be available to be scheduled 7 days a week including holidays.
• Must be punctual and clock in on time every scheduled day.
• Shift ends around 4 pm but may extend to 7 pm several days in a row.

Responsibilities

• Set up work area and prepare packaging for the day.
• Pack eggs into cartons and crates, then palletize.
• Verify labels on packages are correct.
• Maintain a clean work area and remove egg debris.
• Assist teammates as needed throughout the day.
• Wrap up and clean packaging area at day’s end.
