Cobb is hiring a Lead (Laying) at Three Springs Farm, Rose, OK. The role oversees daily care of flocks, egg collection, and data recording in Ped Trap houses, with weekly inspections of each house and adherence to biosecurity standards.

Starting pay is $21.20 per hour plus shift differentials; benefits begin on day 1 for full-time staff. Weekend rotations and physical duties are required, with comprehensive benefits and potential advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer and no employment gaps >6 months in the past 36 months.
• Applicants with previous agricultural or production experience are preferred.
• Applicants must reside in the United States to be considered for an interview.

Responsibilities

• Lead must visually inspect inside and outside of each house weekly.
• Supervise workers who collect eggs, weigh and record egg lbs per pen, and monitor flock health.
• Prepare houses for new flock placement and ensure feed, water and ventilation are functioning.
• Maintain flock environment and record keeping; follow safety and biosecurity guidelines.
