Colorado Therapy Collective is seeking a full-time licensed or pre-licensed therapist to join our Denver team. We specialize in EFT-based couples therapy and work with adults, couples, and families in a supportive, collaborative practice.

Licensed clinicians build a strong caseload with a focus on couples and EFT-focused consultation to enhance expertise. Pre-licensed clinicians receive structured supervision and EFT training resources. We value diversity and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field and licensure or candidate registration.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Commitment to EFT development and LGBTQIA+ affirming care.

Responsibilities

• Provide EFT-based psychotherapy to adults, couples, and families.
• Conduct consultations to assess clinical fit and coordinate referrals.
• Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Coordinate care, manage scheduling, and ensure continuity of care.
• Engage in supervision and EFT-focused development.

Education

Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or completed before start

Strong clinical judgment and verbal and written communication skills
