Job summary

The Counseling Center Group in Denver, CO is hiring a licensed psychotherapist (LMSW, LCSW, LGPC, LPC) to join a growing fee-for-service practice with additional locations nationwide.

We offer a welcoming, collaborative environment with team-building events, competitive pay, health benefits, and options to work remotely. The goal is to build a caseload of 25–30 clients per week while delivering evidence-based therapies such as DBT, EMDR, or Gottman approaches.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in treatment planning and tailored therapeutic approaches.
• Strong understanding of mental health therapies and interventions.
• Licensed or pre-licensed mental health professional in Colorado (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT).
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Join a fee-for-service practice with opportunities to work with individuals, couples, families, and groups.
