Colorado Therapy Collective (CTC) is a collaborative community of skillful and caring therapists. CTC is an Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) based group practice with therapists who have advanced training and certifications in this attachment-based, relational therapy model. We work with adult individuals, couples, and families to improve their relationships with themselves, their partners, and loved ones. CTC therapists specialize in couples therapy, infidelity and affair recovery, relationship/couples therapy for individuals, trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and substance abuse. We are an entirely private pay group practice, and are not in-network with insurance companies. We are based in Denver, CO and also work with clients in Greater Colorado via telehealth.

As an Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)-based group practice specializing in couples therapy, we currently prioritize independently licensed clinicians and applicants who have completed the EFT Externship. We also welcome pre-licensed applicants who meet the qualifications outlined below and are committed to advancing their EFT training. All clinicians are expected to pursue continued development through advanced training, supervision, and consultation and to use EFT as the primary model guiding their clinical work.

This role offers opportunities to build a sustainable caseload, accrue licensure hours, and strengthen clinical and professional skills with individuals and couples. Clinicians are expected to engage actively in supervision, apply feedback, and develop greater independence over time.
