Job summary

Just Mind Counseling in Colorado is seeking a Licensed Therapist (Part-Time) to join our group practice at our North or South office locations. Preference given to applicants who are fully licensed, and/or to those who have experience in couples therapy, child/adolescent therapy, neurodivergence (ADHD & Autism), or trauma/EMDR.

This is a W2 employee position with a commission structure, and pay is based on a percentage of billed services.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice psychotherapy in Colorado and eligible for licensure if not fully licensed.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy to clients.
• Engage in private practice-type workflows within a supportive clinical team.
• Maintain caseload of 10+ clients per week with some weekend hours.
