Job summary

Colorado Therapy Collective seeks a full‑time licensed or pre‑licensed therapist in Denver, CO, to deepen expertise in EFT with adults, couples, and families. Clinicians work in a collaborative, growth‑minded private-pay setting with strong clinical support.

We encourage EFT training and supervision while maintaining clinical autonomy and a commitment to ethical care and client confidentiality. Hybrid in‑person and telehealth options available.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or Social Work.
• Current Colorado clinical license or candidate registration (LPC/LPCC/LCSW/LSW/LMFT/MFTC).
• At least one year of experience providing couples or relationship therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide EFT-based psychotherapy to adults, couples, and families.
• Conduct prospective consultations to assess fit and level of care needs.
• Complete intake assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Coordinate care and seek supervision when needed.
• Maintain clinical documentation accurately and on time.
• Engage in ongoing EFT development through supervision and training.
