Job summary

Costa Solutions, LLC is seeking a warehouse worker to unload shipments, inspect items for accuracy and damage, and stage materials for production in a fast-paced environment. You may operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand tools as needed to support inventory flow and timely fulfillment.

This role emphasizes safety, cooperation with warehouse and production teams, and maintaining organized work areas. Prior warehouse experience and forklift certification where applicable are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Certification for powered equipment ( forklift, etc.) preferred if using such equipment.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming shipments from trucks or containers using pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand tools.
• Inspect shipments for accuracy, damage, and PO compliance; report discrepancies to supervisors.
• Sort and stage materials in designated warehouse or production areas per inventory/production needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized unloading area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with warehouse and production personnel to coordinate material flow and production schedules.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies to prevent accidents and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist with inventory counts and documentation to support accurate records.

What you'll do

Qualifications

Physical Requirements

Basic physical fitness to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Must be physically capable of constantly lifting and/or moving objects up to 50 pounds.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent years of experience, preferred
• Previous working experience as a warehouse worker, preferred
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods or the ability to learn processes and procedures
• Must maintain certification, if using powered industrial equipment

This position works in a warehouse setting with various temperatures. Warehouse temperatures vary from freezer, refrigerator, climate control to no climate control warehouses as well as some outdoor exposure. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts, vibrations, two-way forklift flow and loud noise.
