Job summary

DecoPac, Inc. in Anoka, MN is hiring for a Part Time Warehouse Pick Pack - 1st Shift. You will accurately pick and pack customer orders in our distribution center, use handheld barcode scanners, and ensure timely processing.

This role requires lifting up to 40 lbs, standing and walking in a fast-paced environment, and a flexible schedule including occasional overtime and weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent is desired.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with occasional overtime and/or weekend hours for part-time shifts.
• Prior shipping/warehouse experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and check orders to ensure quality and timely processing.
• Operate integrated warehouse systems including handheld barcode scanners.
• Achieve individual performance standards.
• Observe inventory levels to prevent product shortages.
• Use and understand Personal Protective Equipment.
• Ensure safety and quality through Good Distribution Practices and keep areas clean to prevent contamination.
• Report food safety concerns to Warehouse Management or HR and notify for disposal if needed.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as required.
