Job summary

DecoPac, Inc. in Anoka, MN is hiring for a part-time Warehouse Pick Pack on 1st shift. You will pick and pack customer orders, use handheld scanners, and ensure accuracy in a clean, automated warehouse environment.

The role requires 18+ with a high school diploma preferred, and flexibility for overtime or weekends. Prior shipping experience is a plus, with emphasis on safety and quality in food-related packaging.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent is desired.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with overtime and/or weekend hours for part-time shifts.
• Prior shipping experience desired.
• Ability to use stairs to work on a second level of the shipping floor.
• Ability to lift, push/pull up to 40 lbs., bend, stoop, or reach above the shoulders and below the knees in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and check orders to ensure quality and timely processing.
• Operate integrated warehouse systems including handheld barcode scanners.
• Achieve individual performance standards.
• Observe inventory levels to prevent product shortages.
• Use and understand Personal Protective Equipment.
• Ensure safety and quality through Good Distribution Practices that include maintaining cleanliness and prevent contamination while handling/packing food and food contact products.
• Report food safety concerns to Warehouse Management, SQF Practitioner or HR.
• If open food product is found, set it aside and notify for disposal.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
