Job summary

DecoPac, Inc. in Anoka, MN is hiring for a 1st Shift Warehouse Pick Pack role. You will accurately pick and pack customer orders in a highly automated distribution center, using handheld barcode scanners and warehouse systems.

Responsibilities include ensuring quality, maintaining safety, and meeting daily performance standards, with potential overtime on a full‑time schedule. This entry-level role supports growth and food safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent is desired.
• Ability to work flexible schedule with occasional overtime and/or weekend hours for full‑time shifts.
• Prior shipping experience desired.
• Ability to use stairs to work on a second level of the shipping floor.
• Ability to lift, push/pull up to 40 lbs., bend, stoop, or reach above the shoulders and below the knees in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and check orders to ensure quality and timely processing.
• Operate integrated warehouse systems including handheld barcode scanners.
• Aim for individual performance standards.
• Observe inventory levels to prevent product shortages.
• Use and understand Personal Protective Equipment.
• Follow safety guidelines and Good Distribution Practices to prevent contamination while handling food products.
• Report food safety concerns to Warehouse Management or HR.
• Perform other duties as required.
